Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the rules and standards for using the Speak Their Mind App (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to abide by this Policy.
1. PROHIBITED CONTENT
You may not use the App to create, upload, or share any content that:
- Is Illegal: Promotes or facilitates illegal activities or violates the laws of England and Wales.
- Hate Speech: Promotes violence, incites hatred, or targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
- Harassment: Constitutes bullying, stalking, or intentional intimidation of other users.
- Sexually Explicit: Contains pornography or highly suggestive adult content.
- Violent or Graphic: Contains depictions of extreme violence, self-harm, or animal cruelty.
- Deceptive: Includes "fake news" intended to deceive the public, impersonates others, or constitutes phishing/scams.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licences for the content you post. You may not:
- Upload content that infringes on any third party’s copyright, trademark, or patent.
- Use the App to distribute malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the App’s functionality.
3. INTERACTION AND SAFETY
To maintain a safe community, you agree not to:
- Extract data from the App through automated means (scraping, crawling).
- Attempt to bypass any security or rate-limiting features.
- Collect or store personal information about other users without their express consent.
- Create multiple accounts for the purpose of evading a ban or manipulating App metrics (e.g., "botting" likes or shares).
4. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
Regen Digital does not proactively monitor all user content, but we reserve the right to:
- Remove or Edit: Any content that, in our sole discretion, violates this Policy.
- Suspension/Termination: Suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly or severely violate these terms.
- Law Enforcement: Cooperate with legal authorities if we believe illegal activity has occurred.
5. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If you encounter content or a user that violates this Policy, please use the "Report" button within the App or contact us directly at info@regendigital.co.uk.
We aim to review all reports within 24 hours.

Regen Digital is a provider of an interactive service and is not responsible for the views expressed by users. "Speak Their Mind" is a platform for expression, but that expression must remain within the bounds of safety and the law.
